By accessing APPLIX, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including those who are vendors or content creators on our marketplace.

2. Intellectual Property

All content included on the platform, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of APPLIX or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

3. Digital Products & Marketplace

All sales of digital products (templates, courses) are final. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these products. Resale or redistribution without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

4. SaaS Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30-day notice.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse our AI generation tools for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes. Automated scraping of the marketplace or platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

APPLIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris.
